Football In Florida was founded by Kevin Iddon to give UK-based youth players the chance to experience professional-standard coaching while on holiday in the Sunshine State.
The idea was born out of Kevin’s own experiences as a football parent. Over the years, Kevin built a strong friendship with qualified coaches in Orlando, and on several occasions, his son, Teddy, was welcomed into their teams. Each time, Teddy was treated like one of their own, benefiting from high-level coaching, new playing styles, and unforgettable experiences both on and off the pitch.
Seeing the impact those sessions had on Teddy, both in his development as a player and his confidence, sparked the idea of making the same opportunities available to other young players visiting Orlando.
Today, in association with Orlando-based qualified coaches and other respected soccer programmes in Orlando, we offer a range of training options to suit holiday schedules: from one-off drop-in sessions, to small group coaching, to 1-to-1 training with professional coaches.
